this transaction went bad when it arrived in its destination port. the freight forwarders port fees that the supplier organised for shipping is an absolute ripoff scam do not use CIF terms if you use this supplier organize your own freight forwarders  you have been warn. now these products do not meet the safety requirements of most western countries and are unsellable until those safety issues are rectified. its missing the safety locking bar that prevents the machine from dropping when machine is serviced or to retrieve a fallen item d.please see photo of a certified machine fitted with the safety locking bar. seller does not understand this. what you think is standard safety features that will be fitted will not be. i question the validity  ISO/CE certifications on these product.  some damages during shipping and will need to discount these items. surface rust during transport show the low steel and paint quality. poor packaging. Alibaba did step in and has helped with this dispute
